We are currently recruiting for the following positions:   

Business and Operations Manager:

Directs and manages the business and operational activities of the Mission in accordance with policies, goals and objectives established by the Executive Director and Board of Directors.

Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.  CPA preferred

4 years of business experience  

Development Manager:

Responsible for the development, planning, design and implementation of various fundraising programs. Responsible for actively cultivating and soliciting new funding opportunities and development strategies for a broader base of donors, as well as cultivation, solicitation and acquisition of major gifts.

Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar.

5 or more years of practical experience; “hands on” work in philanthropy and/or the fundraising/development field work 

Human Resources Generalist:

The Human Resources Generalist will oversee the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years HR experience OR Equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of experience.

PHR or SHRM-CP preferred

Ministry Assistant – Children & Youth:

This position is responsible for conducting all activities related to youth programs.  This staff person will assist in the development of programs and activities, help lead those activities on a daily basis and give leadership to volunteers.  They will also be responsible for keeping order and cleanliness of the facilities.  Flexible hours are required including evenings and weekends.

Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s Degree in Education or child development preferred, or experience equivalent.

Requirements:  Possess a valid Illinois driver’s license.

Facility Monitor – New Promise Center:

Perform security and safety checks of the New Promise Center, perform housekeeping duties and assist Ministry Assistant – Resident Assistants as needed.  

Schedule: Weekdays 12:15 am to 7:15 am.

Education and Experience:  High School diploma or GED

CPR certified 

Resident Assistant – New Promise Center:

Perform day-to-day routine resident care activities. Perform various clerical duties.  Assist Ministry Assistant – Case Manager as needed. 

Schedule: Weekends/Holidays

Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED, CPR Certified, knowledgeable in behavior health issues, proficient in Microsoft Office
